Our clients receive peace of mind that the home they're purchasing has been inspected to the highest standards of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and with the integrity that we put behind our family name.
Our inspection report is detailed, easy to understand and includes digital photographs of any problem areas which may need to be carefully reviewed. Reports can be delivered by e-mail or fax within twenty-four hours of the inspection. Hard copies will be delivered upon request. We are flexible with our scheduling to meet the busy life styles of today.

Education & Background
Mr. Breen has the training and experience to provide a complete inspection of your dream home. He has successfully completed the PHII Professional Home Inspection Institute training courses as well as the training modules required by InterNACHI. Previous to establishing Breen & Associates - Professional Home Inspection Services Mr. Breen holds years of experience in the home building industry with Breenway Construction.
