Our inspection report is detailed, easy to understand and includes digital photographs of any problem areas which may need to be carefully reviewed. Reports can be delivered by e-mail or fax within twenty-four hours of the inspection. Hard copies will be delivered upon request. We are flexible with our scheduling to meet the busy life styles of today.

Education & Background

Master Inspector Patrick Breen has the training and experience to provide a complete inspection of your dream home. Since establishing in the Black Hills Patrick has conducted over 3000 home inspections, and has over 40 years of residential building experience. Prior to establishing Breen & Associates, LLC Patrick spent years as a contractor and business owner. He is certified by the Professional Home Inspection Institute, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, (InterNACHI) the South Dakota Real Estate Association and is a member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants. He is a Certified Thermographer as well as a Certified Home Energy Audit Consultant.

Patrick has experience working within the home inspection industry previous to establishing Breen & Associates; and relies on his many years of practical experience in the home building industry as owner of Breenway Construction – located in the Twin Cities of Minnesota.
